What is Special Need Tech?
Special Need Tech is the brainstorm of two women with four kids between them, all with vastly different special needs. We were frustrated by the division in the special needs community and wanted to find a way to bring it together.
Since there are already fabulous support sites out there, we decided to concentrate on resources. Special Need Tech will evaluate and recommend apps, devices, and more. We will also be sharing information on resources such as therapy videos and “low tech” items like toys that can be “hacked” for therapy purposes.
Our goal is to help as many people as we can since so many people have helped us on our own journey.
